Lead Team and Finance

The priests, wardens (official leaders of the board of directors of the congregation) and the treasurer function as a leadership team to provide support and direction to the congregation's vestry (governing board) and the congregation at large. The Lead Team oversees Fundraising and Stewardship campaigns and the Endowment Board.

• Endowment Board - Encourages the development of endowments made to St. James' and recognizes those who have included the church in their estate planning.

• Fundraising - Several fundraising events occur throughout the year, include a concert with folksinger John McCutcheon, "Ducks For Bucks," silent auctions, and more.

• Rector and Associate Rector

• Stewardship Committee - This committee educates the parish in giving of time, talent and treasure, and promotes the annual pledge drive.
